Delete your account
You can request at any time the deletion of your MOUTOUKA account, or of your whole organisation. MOUTOUKA is a service published by ARCHIDATA SARL. This page explains how to do it, what is erased, what is kept and within what time.
Making the request
- Write to [email protected], subject "Account deletion", from the email address of your account, or stating the phone number you sign in with.
- State your company name, and whether the request concerns your account alone or the whole organisation.
- We check that the request does come from the account holder, then we confirm the deletion to you.
You can also call us: +242 06 814 96 96 or +242 05 767 96 96. In the application, the same request opens from your account menu, or from "My profile" for a driver: "Delete my account".
We handle each request within 30 days.
Deleting your personal account
For a driver, a manager, a reader or an administrator:
- Erased: your sign-in identity, your name, your email address, your phone number and your display preferences.
- Kept: the entries made for your company (revenue, expenses, reports, maintenance). They belong to its records and stay there, linked to the company.
A member of an organisation may also ask their administrator to deactivate their account: access is closed immediately.
If you are the only administrator of your company, request deletion of the whole organisation.
Deleting the whole organisation
The administrator may request deletion of the organisation and all its data: vehicles, its members' accounts, revenue, expenses, pay, documents and photos.
- A copy of your data can be provided to you before deletion.
- The organisation is first deactivated and its access closed. For 30 days, it can be restored if you change your mind.
- After those 30 days, its data is permanently erased.
What may remain, and for how long
- Nightly backups are kept for 30 days at most, then disappear on their own: erased data disappears from them within that time.
- Some data may be kept longer where the law requires it, for example subscription payments, under accounting obligations.
