What is MOUTOUKA?
MOUTOUKA is fleet management software. It brings together your vehicles, your drivers and their pay, your revenue, your expenses, maintenance, documents and alerts in one place, so you know what each vehicle really earns.
Who is MOUTOUKA for?
Owners of taxis, buses, minibuses, motorbikes or coaches, fleet managers and transport companies, in Central Africa and across French-speaking Africa. Each driver has their own space on their phone.
How much does MOUTOUKA cost?
One vehicle and one user: free, with no time limit. Beyond that, a 30-day trial with every feature, then from 3,000 to 50,000 FCFA per month including tax, depending on fleet size; a year counts as ten months. 51 vehicles or more: on quotation.
How is driver pay calculated?
According to the mode chosen for each vehicle: commission on revenue, daily rate or fixed monthly salary, for the driver as for the controller. The commission is frozen when the revenue is recorded; a change of rate or driver takes effect on the date you choose, and a closed month is never rewritten. Advances are deducted and each person has their own payslip.
Can the driver record without network?
Yes. On their phone, the driver records revenue and expenses even without a connection; the entries stay on the device and are sent when the network returns. They see their vehicle, their share of the day, their pay for the month and can report a problem with photos.
Is my data safe?
Your data is synchronised between your devices, backed up automatically every night, and you can download an Excel copy at any time. Each team member has a role: administrator, manager, reader or driver, who only sees their own vehicle.
Do I need to install an app?
No: MOUTOUKA runs in the browser, on computer and on phone. On Android, you can install it from Chrome: the icon is added to the home screen and the app opens full screen. A Google Play version is in preparation.
How do I create my account?
Click "Create my account", enter your company name, your email or phone number and a password. Then add your vehicles and invite your drivers. It is free for one vehicle and one user; beyond that, you have a 30-day trial.
