Fleet management in Congo
MOUTOUKA is designed first for the Republic of the Congo — Brazzaville, Pointe-Noire, Dolisie — then for French-speaking Africa.
In Brazzaville, Pointe-Noire and Dolisie
MOUTOUKA is used by vehicle owners and fleet managers in Brazzaville, Pointe-Noire and Dolisie. The application is the same in all three cities: on the phone, in FCFA, in French or in English.

Why a tool designed for this market
Most fleet management software is written for Western corporate fleets: subscriptions in euros, office-based use, telematics boxes to install.
Here, the business runs differently. An owner entrusts a vehicle to a driver, collects a revenue, pays a commission. Everything happens in the field, on the phone, in FCFA — often on an entry-level device with an irregular connection.
What that changes in practice
- Your language: the interface and the business vocabulary are available in French and in English.
- Phone first: data is entered where the business happens, not in front of a computer.
- Amounts in FCFA, with the owner's net calculated after commission.
- The owner-driver relationship at the centre: each driver is linked to a vehicle, and their commission is calculated automatically.
Taxis, buses, motorbikes, coaches
One tool for your transport business, whatever type of vehicle you operate. Each vehicle has its file, its driver, its revenue, its expenses and its depreciation tracking.
Anticipate rather than endure
A breakdown takes a vehicle off the road, and a vehicle off the road earns nothing. MOUTOUKA tracks maintenance and warns before the due date: services to plan, documents about to expire, abnormal expenses on a vehicle.
A dropped connection does not stop the day
On the road, the network comes and goes. The driver's screen works without a connection: their revenue and expenses stay on the phone and are sent as soon as the network returns.
Commission, daily rate or fixed salary: how it is done in the field
Some owners pay their driver a commission on revenue, others a rate per day worked, others a fixed monthly salary. MOUTOUKA calculates all three, for the driver as for the controller. The guide Paying your driver compares them. A changed rate never alters past months.
Already keeping your accounts in Excel?
Your revenue and expenses can be imported from an Excel file, using a template we provide: you start from your history instead of re-entering everything. And you can export an Excel copy at any time. Every feature is detailed on the Features page.
